questions worth asking
most edit pieces ship in 4–6 weeks. every one is cut and built to order once you choose the cover, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. the edit palette is what keeps that window short.
made-to-order upholstery is not eligible for return, which is why we push the free swatch kit so hard. cancellations after 24 hours carry a 10% fee. if a piece arrives damaged, we replace it.
measure the narrowest point of the path, including turns. a 96" sofa needs roughly 34" of clear passage on the diagonal. send us your measurements and we will check before you order.
a two-person team brings the piece into the room you choose, unpacks it, places it, and takes the packaging away. free over $3,000, otherwise a flat $250.
yes, and we would rather you did. the free swatch kit brings up to four 4" × 4" swatches in 3–5 business days — screens are unreliable for colour.
every cover carries a cleaning code — w, s, ws or p — listed on its swatch page. using the wrong agent can set a stain permanently, so check before you treat.
we do. every frame is built in north america, in the workshops we own, by people who have been doing it for three decades. nothing here is drop-shipped.
