Every House of CODA piece comes with a one-year warranty covering materials and workmanship.
Upholstered pieces carry a lifetime warranty on the frame. We’ve never had one fail — the guarantee is simply our confidence in how they’re built.
Coverage applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, fabric fading, or damage from misuse or improper cleaning.

Every upholstered piece is made to order in the fabric you choose. Most orders ship in 4–6 weeks
Because each piece is built for you, made-to-order upholstery is not eligible for return, and cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 10% fee.

Shipping
Once your piece is complete, we’ll coordinate white glove delivery through our trusted partners. You’ll be contacted directly to schedule a convenient appointment, including in-home placement and packaging removal.
Most deliveries arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location, with real-time updates provided along the way.
If your item is scheduled to be delivered through a white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive at your scheduled time, bring the furniture into your chosen room, unpack it, and remove all packaging.
Made-to-order upholstery items are not eligible for return. For all other pieces, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not in love, we’ll arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You’ll receive a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that cancellations made after 24 hours will also incur a 10% fee.
