shipping & returns
Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete,we will arrange for whiteglove shipping. Our white glove partners will schedule a date for your delivery and will contact you directly to schedule an appointment. Depending on your state and zipcode white glove delivery can take between 2-4 weeks.
If your item is scheduled to be delivered through a white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive at your scheduled time, bring the furniture into your chosen room, unpack it, and remove all packaging.
Made to Order upholstery items are not eligible for returns. For other items, we are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren't in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.
Note cancellations after 24 hours will also be charged a 10% fee.
